Seeding Hope is a North Carolina DHSR-licensed, non-medical home care agency serving Garner, Raleigh, Clayton, and surrounding communities, including Wake, Johnston, Vance, Harnett, and Cumberland Counties. By entering, accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and our Cookies Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The Website is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Seeding Hope provides non-medical home care services. Although Seeding Hope makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate, information may change and may not always be complete, current, or applicable to a particular situation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which a limitation is prohibited by law.
16. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seeding Hope Home Healthcare Agency LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys' fees—arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of the Website; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law or another person's rights; information or materials you submit through the Website; or your use of a third-party website, service, link, or tool.
